Flowers

There are no green thumbs in our house, but there used to be.  The previous homeowners did some very nice landscaping which left us with flowers that bloom each year on their own.  Good thing, because if it were up to us to grow beautiful things in our yard I'm not sure there'd be anything worth looking at!  I snuck out of the house for a few minutes when both kids were napping to snap some shots of the flowers blooming right now.  I was lucky enough to find a bumble bee willing to pose for a few shots as well...although my shutter speed was definitely not fast enough to slow down his wings.
